  1. Invoice Rover - Only Send Previously Manually Emailed Invoices

    Add a toggle in Invoice Rover that restricts automated reminder emails to invoices that have already been manually sent by the merchant. This would benefit merchants who need to review and approve invoices individually before they are visible to customers, preventing Invoice Rover from sending payment requests for invoices that aren't yet ready.

  2. Ability for customer to make a payment in the Customer Portal that is not linked to an invoice - e.g. a deposit or prepayment

    Allow a customer to visit the customer portal and make a payment for a quote which doesn't have an invoice created yet using a saved payment method

  3. ACH Payment Denial Notification

    Currently when an ACH payment is scheduled, a notification is sent to me as the account owner to alert me. Then, when the payment is successfully processed I receive another email of Payment Receipt. However, when a scheduled payment is denied for whatever reason (in our case, denial came because the total payment was above our initial ACH transaction limit), there is no notification that the payment wasn't completed successfully - we are required to monitor the transaction dashboard for any ACH denials that may occur. I am requesting an automated email to the account owner when an ACH payment is denied so that we can be aware immediately and follow up with the customer to reprocess.

  4. Tiered Surcharging Percentage Based on Transaction Amount

    Summary Add the ability to configure surcharging percentages based on transaction amount thresholds. Description We would like the system to support tiered surcharging rules, where the surcharge percentage changes depending on the total transaction amount. For example: If the transaction amount is below a defined dollar threshold, apply one surcharge percentage If the transaction amount is above that threshold, apply a different surcharge percentage Example Use Case Transactions under $X → Y% surcharge Transactions over $X → Z% surcharge

  5. Automatically email customers for updated card when old one expires or is declined permanently

    Right now it is a manual process to chase customers down when their automatic recurring payment method expires or is declined permanently. This should be a relatively simple process to automate - customers can be notified via email that their payment method needs to be updated.

  6. Late fee automation

    Create a mechanism to generate late fees, automatically added to the accounting system. Following requirements: Do not alter existing invoices to avoid altering past financial periods - Likely generate a new "late fee" invoice Configurable rules to include / exclude clients, ignore certain invoices etc. Percentage based, with different percentages for different time periods Continue to generate late fee invoices until original invoice is paid

  7. Option to send Declined or Transaction Failed emails to clients

    Currently customers do not get a notification when an auto-pay transaction is declined. We should have the ability to have the system send a "Transaction Failed" email to the customer.

  8. Customer portal (Impersonate as user)

    I would like to be able to open the customer portal as a client (impersonate) however, limited to view only. This would be helpful in walking our clients through how to navigate the system. see what they see and be aware of any changes visually or functionally that need to be made.

  9. Allow customers to connect their bank accounts by authenticating with their online banking

    User a service like Plaid.com or Flinks.com to allow users to connect their banking details by loging into their online banking in addition to allowing them to enter their banking information manually. This can improve Approval rates and reduce the risk of account infomation being entered incorrectly. There may be a nominal cost to this.

  11. For Bambora ACH / EFT - create the settlement deposit transaction in the accounting system

    Once the bambora batch has settled, create the final deposit transaction in the accounting system to aid with reconciliation.

  12. Different auto-pay payment profiles for different invoice types within an account

    For example, monthly recurring service fees are auto processed through ACH and other invoices for hardware purchases are auto processed to a credit card or a different ACH account. Could be based on Xero branding themes / QuickBooks Payment Terms, memo or reference field.

  13. Ability to add a "friendly name" for a payment profile

    For example when adding a credit card for a customer and they want that payment method used for hardware only, we could label it "hardware only"

  14. Update address in accounting system when customer updates their address on customer portal

    Currently we send a notification to the merchant, however, for our cloud accounting systems we could have this auto update the accounting system with the new information.

  15. Add ability to enforce MFA for all users

    Although user can enable MFA, there is no option for a company Admin to enforce MFA on all users, this should be added.
