Add Future Deposits to Payout Report
On the Benji Payments Payout Report tab, add upcoming payouts that have been processed but haven't settled yet, possibly with an "Estimated" or "Pending" status. Currently you have to go into transaction reporting, filter down by settlement date, and manually calculate totals by date.

Automatically email customers for updated card when old one expires or is declined permanently
Right now it is a manual process to chase customers down when their automatic recurring payment method expires or is declined permanently. This should be a relatively simple process to automate - customers can be notified via email that their payment method needs to be updated.

Option to send Declined or Transaction Failed emails to clients
Currently customers do not get a notification when an auto-pay transaction is declined. We should have the ability to have the system send a "Transaction Failed" email to the customer.

Customer portal (Impersonate as user)
I would like to be able to open the customer portal as a client (impersonate) however, limited to view only. This would be helpful in walking our clients through how to navigate the system. see what they see and be aware of any changes visually or functionally that need to be made.

Different auto-pay payment profiles for different invoice types within an account
For example, monthly recurring service fees are auto processed through ACH and other invoices for hardware purchases are auto processed to a credit card or a different ACH account. Could be based on Xero branding themes / QuickBooks Payment Terms, memo or reference field.
Avery Davidow3
Ability to add a "friendly name" for a payment profile
For example when adding a credit card for a customer and they want that payment method used for hardware only, we could label it "hardware only"

Update address in accounting system when customer updates their address on customer portal
Currently we send a notification to the merchant, however, for our cloud accounting systems we could have this auto update the accounting system with the new information.

Add ability to enforce MFA for all users
Although user can enable MFA, there is no option for a company Admin to enforce MFA on all users, this should be added.

Payment Transaction History
I would like to see payment transaction history imported in from QuickBooks Online, this will allow end users to see payment details on transactions processed outside BenjiPays such as cheque payments.

Multiple Auto-Pay Rules Per Client
Wed love to see more configurable rules per Customer and per invoice. For instance, in Booster, we can specify PER client any of the following variables AND have multiple Rules with different Variables. Contract Type - Pulled from PSA Auto Pay on DATE - Invoice date, x days after invoice Date Invoice Amount - Can auto pay any invoice over or under specific amounts Payment Method - Differerent payment methods can be used per rule

Allow customers to choose which card is used for Auto Processing, without the ability to disable all payment profiles.
This would be useful so customers have the ability to choose which card is used for Auto Processing within their customer portal, without the ability of disabling all cards. If the customer is setup for Auto Processing, I don't want them to have the option to disable all cards and not pay their invoice.

Allow assigning specific email addresses per communication type for each client
While multiple email addresses can already be added to a client, this would allow each one to be assigned to a specific purpose, such as new invoices, overdue invoices, or general notifications. This would help ensure emails are sent to the right contact automatically, which is especially useful for clients with separate billing and operations teams. This could work by allowing users to designate email types for each address within the customer profile.
