Update Invoice Sent Date in Halo
We would love to have BenjiPays have an option to update the Invoice Sent date in Halo so we don't have to toggle between Halo and BenjiPays to see if a customer was emailed their invoice! This would save a lot of thrashing.

Allow customers to connect their bank accounts by authenticating with their online banking
User a service like Plaid.com or Flinks.com to allow users to connect their banking details by loging into their online banking in addition to allowing them to enter their banking information manually. This can improve Approval rates and reduce the risk of account infomation being entered incorrectly. There may be a nominal cost to this.

White Label, Remove "Powered by BenjiPays"
White labeling Benji Pays allows MSPs to strengthen their brand by offering payment automation under their own name, and not marketing for BenjiPays. This can create a seamless and trusted client experience and not further question around who is Benji and can I also trust them with my information. Further, not disclosing our business patterners may help reduce targeted attacks.

Sync payment status to HaloPSA
Whenever the payment status of an invoice changes in Benjipays, it should sync to HaloPSA. Currently payment status only sync's with quickbooks. We're using quickbooks desktop and the payment status doesn't sync to halo.

Late fee automation
Create a mechanism to generate late fees, automatically added to the accounting system. Following requirements: Do not alter existing invoices to avoid altering past financial periods - Likely generate a new "late fee" invoice Configurable rules to include / exclude clients, ignore certain invoices etc. Percentage based, with different percentages for different time periods Continue to generate late fee invoices until original invoice is paid

Customer portal (Impersonate as user)
I would like to be able to open the customer portal as a client (impersonate) however, limited to view only. This would be helpful in walking our clients through how to navigate the system. see what they see and be aware of any changes visually or functionally that need to be made.

Set credit card surcharge per customer or per card type
It would be great to have the ability to set diffrent surcharge amount per customer or per card type. For example Amex card charge different surcharge then others As of now there is only one set amount across the board. Having the flexibility to change it either per customer or per card type etc would be very beneficial

Allow customers to choose which card is used for Auto Processing, without the ability to disable all payment profiles.
This would be useful so customers have the ability to choose which card is used for Auto Processing within their customer portal, without the ability of disabling all cards. If the customer is setup for Auto Processing, I don't want them to have the option to disable all cards and not pay their invoice.

Make Account Summary available on customer page
Right now, the only way to send an account summary is to search for the customer on the Customers page, select the checkbox, and then send the email from the batch action menu. Please add the account summary email to the Actions dropdown on the customer page. We often have customers request a summary, and we have to check open invoices and other information before sending it. This adds several extra steps for us to have to close out the customer page and go out and search for them again just to send an account summary.

Customization improvements on Client portal
On the login page for the portal, we can customize the logo and the brand colour and that is it. It would be nice to be able to customize the Login message. Right now, the login message says: WELCOME Log in to Benji Pays to continue to the Customer Portal It would be nice to be able to customize BOTH messages, the "Header" and the "Body" of the login modal/window.

Stripe long running transaction types (ach / buy now pay later, etc.)
Add long running transctions to our Stripe integration. These include: ACH / EFT Buy no pay later Investigation is required to determine if each type of transaction requires integration work or if we can get things working in a way that they all can work. Until that is done the exact list of which transaction types will be supported is not known but we will be starting with bank transactions.

Support for Australian Direct Debit via NPP/BECS Integration
Hi Benji Pays team, I’d like to submit a request for support of Australian Direct Debit processing via the NPP/BECS framework, in addition to your current ACH offering. As it stands, ACH is not available in Australia, meaning that businesses like ours are unable to use Benji Pays for local bank-to-bank direct debit payments. This severely limits our ability to consolidate payment workflows within Benji Pays, and forces us to rely on third-party services like GoCardless, which introduces added complexity, cost, and disconnect from the unified billing and reconciliation benefits that Benji Pays is known for. Given the rising adoption of HaloPSA in the Australian market, and the fact that Benji Pays is one of the most trusted and integrated payment automation platforms for the MSP and PSA ecosystem, this is a key functionality gap that is likely costing you significant opportunity across the ANZ region. By supporting NPP/BECS for recurring direct debit processing, Benji Pays would: 1). Open up full functionality for Australian businesses wanting to centralise payments under one platform. 2). Attract MSPs and service providers looking to streamline billing in HaloPSA without needing third-party payment tools. 3). Gain a competitive edge against local alternatives that already support AU direct debit but lack your deep PSA integrations. This would be a strategic enhancement that not only addresses a clear technical limitation, but also significantly improves your product-market fit in a fast-growing region. Automatically email customers for updated card when old one expires or is declined permanently
Right now it is a manual process to chase customers down when their automatic recurring payment method expires or is declined permanently. This should be a relatively simple process to automate - customers can be notified via email that their payment method needs to be updated.

Option to send Declined or Transaction Failed emails to clients
Currently customers do not get a notification when an auto-pay transaction is declined. We should have the ability to have the system send a "Transaction Failed" email to the customer.
